Membership Information

The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. The cost for pool membership is $300.00 for a Family Membership and $200.00 for a Single Membership.

Single memberships include the designation of one guest. Full payment is required with the application. A photo ID may be required for entry to the pool and verification of membership.

Pool Rules:

Springfield Elks Lodge 158 Pool Rules

  • Member/Pool Members may bring guests to the pool for a $5 fee per person per day. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests.
  • No one under 15 is allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
  • Photo ID may be required for pool entry.
  • No one with any skin, eye, ear, nose, throat infection or any contagious disease or infectious condition will be permitted in the pool or pool area.
  • No outside food or drinks can be brought into pool area.
  • No coolers in pool area (but special needs will be accommodated on a case by case basis).
  • No glass containers in pool area.
  • No running in pool area.
  • No dogs or pets will be allowed in the pool area.
  • Pool furniture cannot be reserved orheld for anyone not present in the pool area.
  • No diving in shallow end.
  • No horseplay.
  • No flotation devices in deep end.
  • Only one person may be on diving board. The next person must wait until diver has cleared diving area.
  • Lifeguards are the only persons allowed to “catch” someone off diving board.
  • The wading pool is for use of those children under five (5) years of age and must be accompanied by an adult while in the wading pool area.
  • During "adult swim" only individuals 16 and over are allowed in pool. During "adult swim", children may not jump, splash, push or shove near edge of pool.
  • If pool rules are ignored, lifeguard will speak to individual(s):

    A. 1st time:reminder of rules
    B. 2nd time: set time limit for offender(s) to be out of pool
    C. 3rd time-order offender(s) to leave pool area and lose swim privileges for the day
    D. If further violations occur, your pool membership shall be revoked.

    Lifeguards are not babysitters. They are here to ensure that children are safe in the pool. Please watch your children in the pool, on the playground and on the grounds.

    Pick up after yourself. Do not leave trash under chairs, on tables, in pool area or on the playground.

    Swim lessons are available. Please speak with the Head Lifeguard about times and fees.

    Parties may be booked by speaking with Pool Manager and/or Head Lifeguard about availability and fees.

    Lifeguards control the stereo system. Members and guests are not allowed in the back room of the Tiki Hut.

    Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only.

    When the lifeguard blows a whistle to close the pool, everyone must exit the pool and the pool area immediately.

LODGE RULE: No swimming off the dock. No one under age 16 is allowed on the dock without adult supervision. No fishing off the covered docks.
